  • <h2>This is not an egg</h2><br />For a dinner party, I've created a dessert that looks like this. It's a coconut panacotta with an egg yolk cotaining:  mango and pineapple and Safari. The method I used to create the yolk is spehrification using alginate and calcium.

I love eating food, cooking food, but even more, I love to experiment with it. In this part of the lab, I design dishes and theories about or with food.
